Jerrod Lottinger co-founded DeeMED in Bangkok in 2024, bringing nearly two decades of experience across medical devices, regulated cannabis, and international healthcare trade. A U.S. entrepreneur with over 20 years in global sales and business development, his career spans roles with Fortune 500 medical device companies including Zimmer Biomet, Conmed, and ArjoHuntleigh across the United States and United Kingdom — training orthopedic surgeons and building distribution networks across NHS and private hospitals. Having lived in California for over twelve years, he developed deep hands-on exposure to regulated cannabis market dynamics, compliance frameworks, and commercial operations in one of the world's most advanced cannabis markets. He co-founded DeeMED after identifying a significant gap in Thailand's regulated healthcare trade infrastructure — and building the team and capabilities to fill it.
Co-founded with Chalita Toskaew — known to clients and partners as BB — DeeMED combines Jerrod's international commercial experience and cross-border regulatory expertise with BB's deep mastery of Thai regulatory systems, business culture, government relationships, and local execution. Together they built DeeMED to be the kind of firm they wished had existed when they first navigated these markets themselves.

Jerrod is the primary point of contact for all international clients, partners, and foreign-facing communications. His career spans sales and distribution roles with Fortune 500 medical device companies in the United States and United Kingdom, over twelve years in California's regulated cannabis industry, and regulatory consulting for international companies entering the Thai market. He co-founded DeeMED in 2024 after identifying a significant gap in Thailand's regulated healthcare trade infrastructure — and building the team and capabilities to fill it.
Chalita Toskaew (BB)
Co-Founder & Managing Director, Thai Operations
BB is the operational backbone of DeeMED, managing all Thai-side communications, relationships, and execution. A Bangkok native educated at Assumption University, BB brings deep expertise in Thai regulatory processes, licensing frameworks, business setup, and government relations. She leads all Thai GACP licensing, EU-GACP and EU-GMP audit readiness, gap analysis, SOP development and translation, and staff training for medical cannabis operations in Thailand. BB manages all direct engagement with Thai regulatory authorities, lawyers, banks, and government offices — eliminating language and cultural barriers to ensure international clients receive efficient, compliant outcomes. She also supports foreign companies with Thai company formation, licensing pathways, and visa and immigration processes.
DeeMED's team includes a BfArM and MHRA registered Qualified Person based in Thailand who supports both EU-GACP readiness and EU-GMP certification pathways, a Thai FDA regulatory specialist with over fifteen years of experience in medical device registration, a global freight partner operating across more than fifty countries, and a GDP-certified warehousing partner in Bangkok. This infrastructure allows DeeMED to deliver end-to-end solutions rather than referrals.
